Responsibilities
- Provide personalized companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor vital signs and medication adherence
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Maintain detailed care records and communicate with family members
- Implement specialized care plans for clients with dementia or chronic conditions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid certification required
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Clear background check and TB test
- Compassionate demeanor and strong communication skills
- Experience working with dementia or mobility-impaired clients preferred
