Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care including bathing, dressing, mobility assistance, and medication management
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities using company vehicles
- Monitor vital signs and document health changes accurately
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain safe living environments
- Communicate effectively with family members and care coordinators
- Follow individualized care plans and agency protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA/HHA certification
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass thorough background check and health screening
- Strong interpersonal skills and genuine compassion for elderly/disabled clients
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and assist with transfers
- Reliable transportation to Anaheim work locations
- Fluency in English (Spanish bilingual preferred)
