Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including meal preparation, bathing, and medication management
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance seniors' quality of life
- Monitor health conditions and report changes to care coordinators
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Maintain detailed care logs and follow care plans
- Light housekeeping duties to maintain safe living environments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or equivalent training
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) preferred
- Current CPR/First Aid certification required
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
