Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to medical staff
- Assist with medication administration under supervision
- Document patient care accurately and timely

Qualifications
- Active Washington CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification

- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends
