Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) to residents
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition
- Document care accurately and maintain electronic health records
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary care teams
- Support residents during meals and ensure nutritional needs are met
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of long-term care or acute care experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Clear TB test and physical examination within 6 months
- Proficient in English (written and verbal)
- Compassionate demeanor and strong communication skills
