Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vitals
- Transport clients to medical appointments
- Perform light housekeeping and errands
- Document care progress and client observations
- Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year home health aide experience
- TN state HHA certification or CNA license
- Valid Tennessee driver's license & reliable vehicle
- Pass background check and TB screening
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Flexibility for weekday/evening shifts
