Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands
- Maintain detailed patient care records and report changes in condition
- Assist with mobility support and therapeutic exercises
- Ensure safe home environment through fall prevention measures
Qualifications
- Valid NJ Home Health Aide certification (HHA)
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation with valid NJ driver's license
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
