Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare, label, and dispense prescription medications under pharmacist supervision
- Process insurance claims and manage prescription refill requests efficiently
- Maintain precise inventory control and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and medication counseling to patients
- Operate pharmacy software systems and automated dispensing equipment
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care outcomes

Qualifications
- Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB or ExCPT)
- Minimum 1 year retail or hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of prescription medications and pharmacy operations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with pharmacy management software (e.g., QS1, Rx30)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
