Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in phlebotomy
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Excellent venipuncture skills with minimal puncture attempts
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and specimen handling protocols
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
