Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse medical units using evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document electronic health records (EHR) with precision
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and post-discharge care
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance, safety protocols, and hospital policies at all times
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and professional development
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Oklahoma or compact state
- BSN degree preferred; ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS/NRP for specialty units)
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in acute care setting
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems and medical documentation
