Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to diverse patient populations across multiple units
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge protocols

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Ohio (compact license accepted)
- BSN degree preferred; ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience in relevant specialty
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response capabilities
- Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills
- Electronic health record proficiency (Epic EMR preferred)
