Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across diverse clinical units with adaptable scheduling options
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments while maintaining accurate documentation
- Monitor patient conditions and respond effectively to emergency situations
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Participate in unit-based scheduling rotations for optimal work-life balance
Qualifications
- Active RN license in New Mexico or compact state
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience in hospital setting
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills and cultural competency
- Ability to work collaboratively across rotating shift schedules
