As a key member of our Core Engineering team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our AI models, pushing the boundaries of what is possible while ensuring safety and scalability. Responsibilities
- Lead the technical architecture and implementation of AI models designed to support the company's 2026 strategic vision.
- Research and prototype cutting-edge algorithms in Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Optimize existing machine learning pipelines for increased speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate high-level 2026 roadmap goals into concrete technical specifications.
- Mentor a team of talented data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with deploying AI at scale.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML research and production deployment.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in the development of large-scale AI products.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and MLOps practices.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about the long-term implications of AI technology.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a track record of innovation in high-pressure environments.
