- Manage $2M+ R&D budget for experimental projects
- Partner with MIT and Stanford Future Labs on joint research initiatives
- Drive adoption of ESG metrics in corporate decision-making processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years experience in innovation strategy at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record launching tech ventures with $10M+ revenue
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight Practitioner (SFP)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar
