Responsibilities
- Research and synthesize global tech trends, market shifts, and socio-economic indicators to inform strategic foresight
- Develop 5-10 year scenario plans for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executives to align on future-state innovation priorities
- Author high-impact whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Build predictive models for market disruption and competitive landscape analysis
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology innovation roles
- Proven track record in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author or keynote speaker at tech conferences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, Horizon scanning software)
