Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive foresight analysis to identify emerging technologies and market shifts impacting 2026+ landscape
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and growth objectives
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to integrate future-focused strategies into current operations
- Establish strategic partnerships with technology incubators, research institutions, and thought leaders
- Present innovation insights to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adopting future-thinking methodologies and agile innovation practices
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify competitive threats and disruptive opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology Policy, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years of progressive experience in innovation strategy, corporate development, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and matrix organizations
- Published thought leadership in innovation strategy or technology futures
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from foresight.org) highly desirable
