Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying emerging technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize R&D investments and accelerate commercialization
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Oversee cross-functional innovation sprints focused on 2026 product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate strategy, technology forecasting, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and influencing strategic decisions
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems and futurist communities
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and strategic foresight frameworks
