Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-proofing into corporate strategy
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with agile methodologies
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or futures research
- Proven track record launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leader in peer-reviewed journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
