Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI systems for the 2026 roadmap.
- Define and enforce best practices for data security, privacy, and ethical AI usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Security) to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize existing machine learning pipelines for high-throughput environments.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies to stay ahead of the 2026 technology curve.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models at scale.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and post-quantum cryptography is a major plus.
