Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design the foundational technology strategy to support our products 3-5 years into the future, focusing on GenAI, Quantum-ready algorithms, and Spatial Web integration.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead the research and implementation of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agent frameworks.
- System Scalability: Engineer resilient, low-latency backend systems capable of handling billions of concurrent AI inference requests.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of elite engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and 'future-proof' thinking.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with product leadership to translate futuristic concepts into viable, actionable engineering specifications.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture or lead role within AI/ML or distributed systems.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, and experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and GPU optimization.
- Futuristic Stack: Proven experience with Generative AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and familiarity with Spatial Computing (WebXR) or Edge AI deployment.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and define technical standards for emerging technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive consensus across cross-functional teams.
