Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Ethics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, Product Management, or Strategic Policy with a focus on emerging technologies.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives for a future date (e.g., 2026) with a focus on scalability and future-proofing.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of machine learning models, neural networks, and the specific risks associated with Generative AI.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex regulatory and technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
