Responsibilities
- Lead technical audits to ensure crawlability, indexability, and semantic clarity for future search engine algorithms.
- Implement Schema.org markup and structured data strategies that enhance rich result visibility (SERP features).
- Optimize site architecture for Voice Search and conversational queries, anticipating how users will interact with AI assistants in 2026.
- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate AI tools into the SEO workflow for predictive keyword modeling.
- Drive page speed optimization initiatives to achieve Core Web Vitals compliance across all devices.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies that focus on brand authority and topical relevance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Technical SEO, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful site migrations and technical overhauls.
- Deep understanding of Google's Search Generative Experience (SGE) and the implications for traditional SEO.
- Proficiency in debugging tools (Chrome DevTools, Screaming Frog) and analytics platforms (GA4, BigQuery).
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of coding (Python, JavaScript, or JSON-LD) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive strategic decisions.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
