Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-ready strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify emerging opportunities and disruptive threats
- Produce high-impact trend reports and white papers on technological convergence and societal shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Adv executive stakeholders on strategic positioning in emerging markets (quantum computing, bio-integration, etc.)
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and industry thought leaders
- Design and implement KPI frameworks for measuring long-term strategic impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or future-focused roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to translate complex trends into business narratives
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives for Fortune 500 clients
