- Lead scenario planning for disruptive technologies with 5-10 year impact horizons
- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational capabilities with future market ecosystems
- Establish KPIs and innovation metrics for emerging technology adoption
- Represent company at global futurist forums and technology summits
- Build cross-functional innovation pods to prototype next-gen business models
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning with 3+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record of developing multi-year roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTE, APF)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex scenarios into executable business strategies
- Experience with AI-driven forecasting tools and scenario modeling platforms
