- Lead horizon scanning for emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Design innovation frameworks for next-generation product ecosystems
- Partner with R&D to translate strategic blueprints into actionable roadmaps
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and secure executive alignment
- Build and lead a specialized futures intelligence team
- Drive competitive advantage through disruptive market positioning
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record in high-impact technology strategy roles
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends and disruption patterns
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling skills
- Experience leading executive-level strategic initiatives
- Portfolio of successful future-focused implementations
