Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture for the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver cutting-edge features.
- Conduct deep research into emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, Edge Computing) and evaluate their feasibility for integration.
- Design resilient microservices architectures that can handle exponential growth in data volume.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with C-level stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Proven experience in designing and deploying large-scale distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in Machine Learning infrastructure and Big Data processing (Spark, Kafka, Hadoop).
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
