Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive strategic vision for technology integration and innovation by 2026.
- AI & Future Tech Strategy: Identify emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Generative Systems, and assess their applicability to our business model.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with our Research & Development teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions that align with long-term business goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for high-level strategic initiatives.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and competitor advancements to ensure our roadmap remains agile and competitive.
- Resource Allocation: Direct the allocation of engineering resources to high-impact projects with long-term horizon benefits.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, systems architecture, or product strategy within the tech industry.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term (5+ year) technology roadmaps and successfully delivering on strategic goals.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML trends, cloud infrastructure, and emerging tech stacks relevant to 2026.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor senior engineers and strategists.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
