Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with business goals and emerging global trends.
- Architect Innovation: Design scalable, high-performance systems for next-generation applications, including AI and quantum computing integration.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions.
- Resource Allocation: Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of long-term R&D projects.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor industry shifts to anticipate future needs and mitigate technical debt.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), Machine Learning, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating business requirements into long-term technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic architecture certifications are a plus.
