Responsibilities

- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies
- Secure $1M+ annual research grants for emerging technology studies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent technical field
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or technology forecasting
- Published research on exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Experience leading global research teams across 3+ continents
