Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AI ethics)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across enterprise clients
- Prototype and validate breakthrough solutions in our state-of-the-art Innovation Center
- Present disruptive tech concepts to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and business units
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities
- Secure and manage innovation grants with federal and private sector partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in emerging technologies or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough tech products
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, biotech integration, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or patents in future-tech domains
- Experience securing $1M+ in innovation funding or grants
