Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Spearhead the development of our 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable infrastructure.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and high performance.
- AI Integration: Oversee the implementation of cutting-edge Machine Learning models and Large Language Models (LLMs) across core products.
- Cloud Architecture: Design and oversee scalable, secure, and energy-efficient cloud infrastructure migration strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with product management and executive leadership to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and manage an internal innovation lab dedicated to prototyping technologies 2-5 years ahead of the market.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, architecture, and technical leadership.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with proven experience in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage high-performance engineering teams and drive complex cross-functional projects.
- Vision: Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and define long-term technical visions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
