Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technology stacks expected to mature by 2026, ensuring our products remain ahead of the curve.
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design scalable, secure, and resilient systems using cutting-edge AI and distributed ledger technologies.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Direct research and development projects focused on emerging trends such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and AR/VR integration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Talent Acquisition & Mentorship: Build and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical strategies to C-level executives and external investors to secure buy-in and funding.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), and Microservices.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate and implement technologies that will define the tech landscape in 2026.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with creative, scalable solutions.
