Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge machine learning pipelines for autonomous systems.
- Define the technical vision and long-term roadmap for the 2026 product suite.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product management to translate complex research into marketable features.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs significantly.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure architectural integrity across the codebase.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies in the AI space.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of shipping large-scale machine learning products.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning strategies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
