Responsibilities
- Lead the Research and Development strategy for AI and Quantum integration initiatives.
- Define the technical roadmap and architectural standards for 2026 products and services.
- Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, secure AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development plans.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale, complex projects.
- Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum algorithms.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
