Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with AI/quantum/sustainability focus
- Proven success recruiting for emerging technologies (2020-2025)
- Expertise in SEO-optimized job descriptions and candidate attraction
- Certification in AI or Quantum Technology preferred
- Strong analytical skills for future talent trend forecasting
- Experience with ATS and AI recruitment platforms (HireVue, Eightfold)
- Deep understanding of 2026 tech landscape and skill requirements
