- Develop strategic talent pipelines for 2026 product launches through proactive sourcing and market analysis
- Collaborate with R&D teams to define competency models for future-proof skillsets
- Implement data-driven recruitment analytics to predict talent market shifts
- Build employer branding initiatives targeting the next generation of tech pioneers
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for senior technical positions
- Champion diversity and inclusion in emerging tech talent acquisition
Qualifications
- 8+ years technical recruitment experience with AI/quantum/sustainability tech focus
- Proven track record of placing candidates in futuristic tech domains
- Expertise in passive candidate sourcing across GitHub, ResearchHub, and niche tech communities
- Strong analytical skills using recruitment analytics platforms (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech landscapes and talent market trends
- Certification in Future Tech Recruiting (FTR) or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
