Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for enterprise clients using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech opportunities (quantum, neuromorphic computing, bio-digital interfaces)
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis in emerging tech sectors
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and boards
- Manage innovation pipeline with R&D partners across Silicon Valley, Boston, and Shenzhen
- Author thought leadership reports on technology convergence trends
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-level technology roadmaps
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or conferences
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools (Aha!, Lucidchart, Miro)
