Responsibilities
- Scan global tech ecosystems to identify disruptive trends and emerging technologies with strategic potential
- Develop and execute 5-10 year innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in piloting and scaling next-generation technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Quantify ROI of emerging technologies and secure budget for strategic initiatives
- Drive cultural adoption of innovation methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and securing large-scale funding
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, PhD preferred)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation communities
