- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Oversee prototype development and pilot programs for breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies and future tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record launching at least two breakthrough products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Certified Strategic Planning Professional (CSPP) or equivalent
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR/STTR preferred)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation expertise
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
