Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Conduct deep-dive analyses of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with tech pioneers, research institutions, and venture capital
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
- Oversee patent portfolio development and IP strategy for emerging innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in scaling technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight credential preferred
- Prior experience in venture capital or corporate innovation labs
