Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Research, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) into our innovation pipeline
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-focused solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to present strategic recommendations and secure stakeholder buy-in
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Establish KPIs for measuring the impact of future technologies on business growth
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning within tech-forward industries
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-oriented initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing executive stakeholders
- Certification in emerging technology or strategic foresight (e.g., Foresight Professional, CTO Academy)
- Experience managing cross-functional innovation teams in fast-paced environments
