Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in emerging technologies including quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and identify disruptive opportunities for market differentiation
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for R&D projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Executive communication skills with ability to articulate vision to diverse stakeholders
- Master's degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
