Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-2030 technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields (AI ethics, quantum applications, biotech convergence)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech into customer solutions
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and venture partners
- Build and manage an external innovation ecosystem (startups, academia, think tanks)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record launching at least two disruptive tech products/services
- Expertise in future trends analysis (AI, quantum, climate tech, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics)
