Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, sustainability)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Oversee implementation of pilot programs for future technologies
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech, or sustainable tech)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
