Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic foresight frameworks identifying disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership to prepare for 2026 industry transformations
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate emerging innovations (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into product roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author quarterly trend reports translating complex data into strategic recommendations
- Design and implement innovation incubation programs for 2026-ready workforce capabilities
- Advose on ethical implications of emerging technologies and sustainable future models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, or biotech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Deep understanding of global megatrends and geopolitical shifts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) required
