As a key architect of our 2026 vision, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities. You'll shape technology adoption curves, assess market readiness, and build implementation frameworks that position InnovateFuture at the forefront of industry transformation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap for emerging domains including quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to the board of directors
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads on future-proof technology principles
- Define KPIs for measuring technology adoption and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products in emerging tech sectors
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable energy systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics) strongly preferred
