Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate technical concepts into actionable strategies
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track implementation progress
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
- Experience presenting at industry conferences (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Fluency in strategic frameworks (e.g., Porter's Five Forces, SWOT for tech)
