Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead market research on emerging tech trends (Web4.0, decentralized AI, neural interfaces)
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives for 2026 market dominance
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for prototype development and vendor partnerships
- Present strategic insights to Fortune 500 clients and industry thought leaders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in emerging technology
- Proven track record in tech forecasting (Gartner or Forrester preferred)
- Expertise in at least 3 of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, decentralized systems, neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight
