- Create strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Present future technology insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them into actionable strategies
