Responsibilities

- Partner with VPs of Product and Engineering to prioritize innovation portfolios
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with commercial potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and investors
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget across experimental projects
- Champion ethical AI and sustainable technology integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with Fortune 500 or scale-up companies
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum products in regulated markets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging tech (FDA, FCC, etc.)
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and rapid prototyping
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, Singularity University)
